SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

Shipping Address and Options:

  • If you’re a logged-in user, your delivery options will pop up once you’ve entered your shipping address during checkout.
  • For our non-logged-in friends, just make sure to provide your address, and the magic will happen!

Dispatch Time:

Our goal? Get those lights twinkling in your home ASAP! Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 5 to 7 working days after you’ve placed it with us.

Why the Wait?

We’re like personal shoppers, sourcing most of our products directly from our trusted suppliers.

Speedy Exceptions:

Surprise! Some items might show up at your doorstep the very next day. It all depends on the brand and size of what you’re getting.

  • Order Processing Times:  
    Orders placed after 16:00 will be processed on the next working day.
  • If you order after midday on Friday, we’ll start processing it on the following Monday.

Special Requests:

Got any delivery wishes? Add a note during checkout or give us a shout via phone or email. Just mention your order number, and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Dispatch Confirmation:

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with the estimated delivery date. Exciting stuff!

Our Trusty Couriers:

  • Our couriers include: DHL, DX, FEDEX, DPD, UK Mail, and Parcelforce. The choice of courier depends on the size, weight, and quantity of your order.

Parcel Safety:  

  • Some parcels require a signature upon delivery (no secret hiding spots here).
  • Remember, we won’t be responsible for any charges incurred at delivery offices, such as travel expenses. Keep that in mind!

DELIVERY CHARGES

UK Mainland (England, Wales, and Scotland):

  • Standard delivery: £9.95
  • Free delivery on orders over £95 (because we love spreading the light!)

Northern Ireland:

  • A little farther, but still shining bright: £15.95
  • Free delivery on order over £100

Republic of Ireland: 

Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to you right now. But hey, maybe someday!

Special Delivery for Furniture, Heavy, and Large Items:

When it comes to furniture, size matters. So, here’s what you need to know:

  • Furniture (mirrors, tables and bathroom mirrors):
  • UK Mainland: £15.95
  • Northern Ireland: £20.95

Large Furniture Items:

Local delivery up to 35 miles.

England Only: 29.99 delivery only or £49.99 for removal of rubbish and assembly.

 FREE DELIVERY – TERMS & CONDITIONS:

 The magic number is £95! Spend that much, and the delivery fairy waves her wand:

  • Applies to UK Mainland postcodes (and products that aren’t furniture).
  • If you return part of your order and the total value dips below £95, we’ll deduct the original delivery charge (£9.95) from your refund.

Please keep in mind that we can only hold orders for 14 days. If orders are not collected within this period, they will be returned to our supplier, and you’ll receive a refund. Additionally, there will be an admin charge of 25% in such cases.
