Our History
2012
Our Lighting R Us showroom originated from an electrical company called Central Electrical Contracts Ltd. (CEC) in Wolverhampton. CEC was established in 2008 and soon realised that many of their customers were looking for high-quality, stylish lights. Instead of sending them to different places, CEC decided to provide both installation and supply of lights. Thus, Lighting R Us was born in 2012, starting from a small shop in the CEC offices.
2015
The original premises of Lighting R Us became too cramped for retail lighting. The shop relocated to a bigger space nearby and transformed it into a stunning showroom open to everyone. It became the largest lighting showroom in Wolverhampton, with a wide range of styles for customers to choose from. The showroom was a hit, attracting many admirers.
2022
Following the renovation of a new location and joined by Central Electrical Appliances, Lighting R Us moved its showroom to a new address on Macrome Road.
