If you are able to collect your order from our showroom in Wolverhampton, you will not only save money by avoiding the £7.95 delivery charge but your order will be available to you sooner.

  • To collect in store please click on the Collect from Store option when checking out online.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and a payment receipt.
  • When your order is ready to collect a member of our team will contact you either by phone or via email to let you know.

  • When you arrive quote your name, order number and provide a form of ID to a member of staff.

Please note: We can only hold orders for 14 days. If orders are not collected within the 14 day period, they will be returned to our supplier and you will be refunded. An admin charge of 25% will apply.


  • Refunds carry a 14-day money back guarantee for unwanted/unsuitable items.
  • Refunds carry a 28-day money back guarantee for faulty/damaged items.
  • The item cannot have been installed or modified in any way.
  • A refund will be subject to the item being returned in its original condition with all the labels intact and in its original packaging, complete with lamps and other parts supplied.
