We use a number of established couriers. This includes Hermes, DX, DPD, UK Mail & Parcelforce. The courier we use depends on the size, weight and quantity of your order.
Some of our parcels have to be signed for and will not be left in a safe place. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred at delivery offices, including travel.

If you’ve changed your mind about your order or your goods are unsuitable for the purpose, we are happy to accept unused, uninstalled items, in the original packaging*, at the customer’s cost.
Please note; all unwanted items are returned at the customer’s cost.

Telephone calls will not be accepted as sufficient notification.
Complete the returns form issued with your invoice and delivery slip.
Send your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders that are sent for return after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
