When i order my light fitting, do i get bulbs supplied with it?

Unless stated on the product information, all light fittings do not include bulbs

What does non electric pendant mean?

They are pendants that have no electrical components in them, they are designed to fit on your existing ceiling mounted lamp holder.  without the cost of an electrician.

Do i need a specific light for my bathroom?

When it comes to the bathroom, the light fitting must be IP44 or above.

Luckily for you, all our bathroom lighting is IP44 or above take a look here.

How long will it take to get my order?

Here at Lighting R Us we always try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

We aim to dispatch your lights so that they reach you between 5-10 working days after you place your order with us.

We understand 10 working days can be a wait, but as we order the majority of products, directly from our supplier, as soon as you place your order, it takes that little bit longer for delivery.

Some items may reach you the very next day though, depending on the brand and size of the item you wish to purchase.

Orders placed after 16:00, will not be processed until the next working day.

Orders placed after midday Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday.

How do i contact Lighting R Us?

Lighting R Us has a showroom based in Wolverhampton which is open weekdays 9am-5pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.

Yes, you can return your item as we are happy to accept unuseduninstalled items, in the original packaging*.

However, the delivery cost will be at your cost. Please note, we cannot accept returns that are not in the original packaging.

The light i have chosen is not suitable, can i return it?

However, you need to make sure you send your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order. Orders that are sent for return after the 14-day period will not be eligible for a refund.

The delivery cost will be at your cost.

What happens if my order has arrived damaged?

In the unlikely event that you receive your goods and they are damaged, we will do our best to exchange the item(s) or issue you with a full refund, including delivery costs.

If the item has obtained cosmetic damage, we will only accept it back in the original packaging*.
