Delivery and Collection Details


Here at Lighting R Us we always try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note: Unless you are a logged in user, your delivery options will not appear until you have entered a shipping address upon checkout.

We aim to dispatch your lights so that they reach you between 5-10 working days after you place your order with us.

We understand 10 working days can be a wait, but as we order the majority of products, directly from our supplier, as soon as you place your order, it takes that little bit longer for delivery.

Some items may reach you the very next day though, depending on the brand and size of the item you wish to purchase.

Orders placed after 16:00, will not be processed until the next working day.

If you have any special requests in regards to the delivery of your order, please add a note to us with instructions during the checkout process or call us with your order number.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising you of an estimated delivery date.

Our choice of courier is Parcel Monkey, who work with DX, DPD, UK Mail and Parcelforce.

Please note: Some of our parcels have to be signed for and will not be left in a safe place, or it will be returned to our showroom.

  • Northern Ireland: £12.95


Unfortunately we have to alter our delivery prices for furniture, due to the size and weight of the items. Furniture products include all indoor furniture, furniture sets, and outdoor furniture, including parasols and bases.

  • UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland): £19.95
  • Northern Ireland: £39.95


  • Free delivery on orders over £39 only.
  • Applies to UK Mainland postcodes, as well as products that do not fall under the furniture categories.
  • Unfortunately, we can no longer offer free delivery to Pacific Lifestyle products. We apologise for the inconvenience.


If you are able to collect your order from our showroom in Wolverhampton you will not only save money by avoiding the £7.95 delivery charge, but your order will be available to you sooner.

  • To collect in store please click on the Collect from Store option when checking out online.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and a payment receipt.
  • When your order is ready to collect a member of our team will contact you either by phone or via email to let you know.
  • Collect your order from: Unit 1A Walton Works Ind Est, Macrome Road, Aldersley, Wolverhampton, WV6 9HD. (Click here for directions)
  • When you arrive quote your name, order number and provide a form of ID to a member of staff and they will hand over your items to you!

Please note: We can only hold orders for 14 days. If orders are not collected within the 14 day period, they will be returned to our supplier and you will be refunded. An admin charge of 25% will apply.


If you wish to have your order in time for Christmas, our order cut-off date is the morning of Wednesday 13th December.

Orders received after this date, may possibly be delivered in time for Christmas, but we cannot guarantee this.

You can still place orders on our website, as normal. However, orders placed on/after Friday 22nd December, will not be processed until Tuesday 2nd January.
