Delivery and Collection Details


DELIVERY INFORMATION

Here at Lighting R Us we always try our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Please note: Unless you are a logged in user, your delivery options will not appear until you have entered a shipping address upon checkout.

We aim to dispatch your lights so that they reach you between 5-10 working days after you place your order with us.

We understand 10 working days can be a wait, but as we order the majority of products, directly from our supplier, as soon as you place your order, it takes that little bit longer for delivery.

Some items may reach you the very next day though, depending on the brand and size of the item you wish to purchase.

Orders placed after 16:00, will not be processed until the next working day.

Orders placed after midday Friday, will not be processed until the following Monday.

If you have any special requests in regards to the delivery of your order, please add a note to us with instructions during the checkout process or call/email us, quoting your order number.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email advising you of an estimated delivery date.

We use a number of established couriers. This includes: Hermes, DX, DPD, UK Mail & Parcelforce. The courier we use, depends on the size, weight and quantity of your order.

Please note: Some of our parcels have to be signed for and will not be left in a safe place. We will not be held responsible for any charges incurred at delivery offices, including travel.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

  • UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland): £7.95 (free on orders over £75)
  • Northern Ireland: £12.95

DELIVERY CHARGES FOR FURNITURE, HEAVY AND/OR LARGE ITEMS:

Unfortunately we have to alter our delivery prices for some products, due to the size and weight of the items. Pacific Lifestyle furniture includes all furniture, sets and outdoor furniture, as well as parasols, bases & large mirrors.

HEAVY AND/OR LARGE ITEMS:

  • UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland): £9.95
  • Northern Ireland: £15.95

PACIFIC LIFESTYLE FURNITURE

  • UK Mainland (England, Wales and Scotland): £19.95
  • Northern Ireland: £39.95

  • Free delivery on orders over £75 only.
  • Applies to UK Mainland postcodes, as well as products that do not fall under the furniture categories.
  • Unfortunately, we can no longer offer free delivery to Pacific Lifestyle products. We apologise for the inconvenience.

COLLECTION GUIDE:

If you are able to collect your order from our showroom in Wolverhampton you will not only save money by avoiding the £7.95 delivery charge, but your order will be available to you sooner.

    • To collect in store please click on the Collect from Store option when checking out online.
    • You will receive a confirmation email with details of your order and a payment receipt.
    • When your order is ready to collect a member of our team will contact you either by phone or via email to let you know.
  • When you arrive quote your name, order number and provide a form of ID to a member of staff and they will hand over your items to you!

Please note: We can only hold orders for 14 days. If orders are not collected within the 14 day period, they will be returned to our supplier and you will be refunded. An admin charge of 25% will apply.


CHRISTMAS:

DELIVERY:

If you wish to receive your order before Christmas, our last delivery date is 14th December at 12 p.m. However, this cannot be fully guaranteed, due to circumstances with our suppliers or couriers that may happen, that are out of our hands.

Orders received after then, will still be processed, and may even be delivered before Christmas, but we say not to expect your order until after Christmas.

Our office will be shut from 21st December until 2nd January. We will be processing all orders our end, up until 21st December at 12 p.m. Orders received after this timeframe, will not be processed until we resume in the New Year.

COLLECTION:
